Hey ya'll! Its the Marvel Thread. Marvel is kind of crazy right now, and I'm curious where its gonna lead. On the movie front, Avengers: Infinity War just came out! It made big bucks and was mostly well received, but has some problematic elements within it! Deadpool 2 also just came out, and made even more big bucks, and is mostly really good as well (or so I've heard, haven't seen it), but has some gender issue stuff in it as well.

It looks pretty fun.
Captain Marvel is supposed to come out March 6, 2019.
There are still some X-Men movies to come out sometime. Dark Phoenix is supposed to come out February 14, 2019. The New Mutants is now slated for August 9, 2019, after originally being pegged for 2018.
On the Comics front, the big summer event of the 18 months of no events is Infinity Wars:

From what I can tell its a hunt for infinity stones for some reason. I haven't been following it honestly.
Also coming in September is Extermination, wherein something is threatening the OG5 X-Men it looks like? No one knows for sure:

Other events floating around right now: Hunt for Wolverine, Shadowcat and Colossus getting married, and the Fresh Start TM has been going on.
Also you should be reading Ms. Marvel, it's great! This scene from the previous issue was really well done, linking cause image is huge:

Also X-Men Red has been really good, and the Annual was very good, except the art was spotty towards the beginning.
